Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship our products globally, with primary shipping regions being the USA and Europe. We also offer shipping to other regions, but delivery times and costs may vary.

Defective or Damaged Items

Should you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of a replacement. Please report the issue immediately.

Lost Orders

For orders lost in transit, report the issue within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returned Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or being unclaimed will be disposed of safely. Customers must place a new order and will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Made-to-Order Products

As our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes framed art and personalized prints. Each piece is created upon order and cannot be resold.
