If you are unhappy with the quality of your wall art, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and, if validated, offer a replacement or refund.
Should you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of a replacement. Please report the issue immediately.
For orders lost in transit, report the issue within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or being unclaimed will be disposed of safely. Customers must place a new order and will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
As our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes framed art and personalized prints. Each piece is created upon order and cannot be resold.
